Jay Bruckner brings HPA over 25 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and operations. He is a seasoned executive and change agent, having implemented CRMs, ERPs, and organizational standards and processes to increase efficiency and bottom-line profits. Notably, as CFO at HukariAscendent, Inc., a Department of Energy contractor providing engineering services to nuclear facilities nation-wide, he successfully negotiated a significant line of credit with minimal covenant requirements for operating and investment capital, and reduced AR aging by 43% in a 12-month period. Prior to joining HPA, Jay held the title of Vice President of Finance and Accounting at a private equity owned, Pharmaceutical Benefit Administration where he oversaw all accounting and treasury functions and successfully consolidated five individual company treasuries into a single Treasury Management Solution.
At High Point Aerotechnologies, Jay drives strategic vision, develops strategic budgetary plans, aligns financial performance to goals, budgets, and forecasts as well as identifies and mitigates financial risks.
