Chief Executive Officer


Al White serves as the CEO of High Point. In this capacity, he leads the vision and execution of the company as we shape the defense landscape. White has over 16 years of defense industry senior management experience building highly effective and collaborative teams. He has over a decade of strategic development, most recently as Chief Executive Officer for Black Sage Technologies, Inc.

Before that, White supported the US Intelligence Community and US Department of Defense as Vice President of CACI’s Tactical Systems Division (Formerly Ticom Geomatics Inc.), where he led the integration of networked signals intelligence solutions into manned and unmanned aircraft, including precision geolocation capability for Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS).

White served over 20 years in the US Air Force as a Special Operations pilot, Acceptance Test Pilot, and Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the US Air Force Academy. When not flying combat missions, White helped develop new techniques of night vision simulation, incorporated virtual reality into aircrew training, and was instrumental in optimizing the man-machine interfaces of the CV-22, MH-53M, and TH-1H aircraft. During his career, he accumulated over 5000 hours of flight time, including multiple combat deployments into hostile and denied territories using Night Vision Devices. His track record of bringing innovation to reality includes being the acceptance test pilot for the world’s first production tiltrotor aircraft, the MV-22B Osprey.

White received a BS degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University, and an MA degree in Computer Resource and Information Management at Webster University. He and his wife live in Austin, TX.
